Client Responsibilities

  • Review all documents and returns before submission
  • Notify us promptly of any errors or changes to information previously provided
  • Pay the fees as per the terms we agreed upon
  • Retain your own copies of records and documents
  • Keep sensitive information confidential
  • Comply with all Australian taxation and business laws and regulations

Fees and Payment

Our fees depend on the complexity and scope of the services needed. Payment terms will be outlined in your agreement letter. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

Our fees:

  • Will be disclosed before services are provided, unless otherwise agreed
  • May be fixed, hourly, or quoted depending on the service

Payment is due on the date you sign the job agreement unless stated otherwise.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Tax outcomes depend on individual circumstances and information provided. While we will act competently and professionally, we do not guarantee:

  • Any specific tax refund or financial outcome
  • Acceptance of lodgements by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
  • That advice will remain valid if laws or circumstances change

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law to either re-supply the services or cover the cost of re-supplying them. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

We are not responsible for penalties, interest, or losses arising from:

  • Late or incorrect information provided by you
  • Failure to follow our advice
  • Events beyond our reasonable control
